Capt. Saurabh Saraswat is the founder of VerifyU. A Master Mariner from Lucknow, he spent sixteen years in the Merchant Navy between 1998 and 2014 and became a captain at 31. The discipline he brought ashore is simple: identification, medical information and reachable next of kin should be prepared before an emergency, not assembled during one.
